Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns at this time.
Do you ship to my state?
We currently only ship to 43 of the United States, but NOT: Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, South Dakota. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Why take Maconia's therapeutic tinctures?
The dosage is formulated for specific issues, and the formulas include proprietary botanical and terpene blends made to enhance the effects. They are also all totally plant based, made with certified organic ingredients, cruelty-free, vegan, made from non-GMO hemp grown in the US, and third party ISO certified lab tested for safety and potency - Free of all heavy metal, contaminants, and pesticides. They are made with full or broad spectrum CBD so you get all of the synergystic phytocannabinoids but still have the option for THC-free.
Why use Broad Spectrum?
Broad spectrum CBD has the added benefits of other hemp components like phytocannabinoids and terpenes that work synergistically with the CBD. All of the THC has been removed so it is 100% THC free. This is a good choice for people who want all of the beneficial plant parts but zero THC. All of our Maconia products are available in your choice of broad OR full spectrum. Like with all CBD you want to make sure it is extracted using a non-toxic and environmentally friendly way like CO2 or Alcohol and not butane/propane or other harmful chemicals. Also make sure it has been tested by and ISO certified lab for safety and potency - Free of all heavy metal, contaminants, and pesticides. Hemp works like a sponge and any toxins in the soil will be absorbed into the plant so testing every batch is paramount.
Why use Full Spectrum?
Full spectrum CBD has the added benefits of other hemp components like phytocannabinoids and terpenes that work synergistically with the CBD but it INCLUDES trace amounts of THC. The THC works synergistically with the CBD and other naturally occuring phytocannabinoids and terpenes to enhance the effect. The amount of THC is very little, less than 0.3% (to be compliant and legal in all 50 states) and it is not enough to feel the psychoactive effects, just enough to have therapeutic effects. This is our personal favorite CBD because it has ALL of the plant components that work together. All of our Maconia products are available in your choice of broad OR full spectrum. Like with all CBD you want to make sure it is extracted using a non-toxic and environmentally friendly way like CO2 or Alcohol and not butane/propane or other harmful chemicals. Also make sure it has been tested by and ISO certified lab for safety and potency - Free of all heavy metal, contaminants, and pesticides. Why use Isolate?
It is 99.9% pure CBD without any of the other naturally occurring plant cannabinoids and terpenes. Like with all CBD, it can be extracted using harsh chemicals that can leave residual traces in the CBD and are harmful to the environment so you want to make sure it is tested to be solvent-free and you only buy from a source you trust. This means no gas stations! CBD isolate is 100% THC free.
How much should I take?
How much CBD to take will vary for every individual and for the desired result. We have formulated dosages according to successful studies done by the Mayo Clinic and on Pubmed. It is generally recommended to start with the lowest dose and stick to a steady daily regimen of 1-2 times daily for two to three weeks to allow CBD to build up within the body before increasing the dosage.
What if I want to choose my own dosage?
Our PACE tinctures are available in high potencty 1000mg, 3000mg, and 6000mg CBD isolate bottles. We also offer pure CBD isolate for those who want to make their own products.
Is it possible to take to much?
Overdose and die? No. Overdose and get sleepy? Maybe. Taking too much CBD can relax your body so much you get tired and feel like you need a nap.
Is it legal?
Yes. The 2018 Farm Bill removed hemp from the Controlled Substances Act, paving the way for the wholly legal cultivation, possession, sale and distribution of the hemp plant and hemp-derived CBD. We only use hemp-derived CBD (grown organically in the U.S.) which is legal in all 50 states. Our CBD isolate and Broad Spectrum CBD products have ZERO THC in them. Our Full Spectrum CBD products have trace amounts of THC, all totaling less than 0.3% THC which makes them compliant and legal in all 50 states. All of our products are 3rd party tested by an ISO-certified lab to make sure they meet all safety and legal requirements.
Why is purity and safety testing so important?
Hemp plants absorb heavy metals from the soil and any pesticides used, also harmful chemicals can be used during extractions and leave residue in the CBD. CBD could have more or less CBD and THC than is stated. This is why we only use US grown hemp from farmers we trust and always get third party ISO certified lab testing for safety and potency to ensure our CBD is free of all heavy metal, contaminants, and pesticides.
